The option used for this purpose is called "Wifi Bridge" in most mobiles. For this guide, I will be using the Honor 7X android phone.
Step 1. Connect to the wifi network for which you have already got the password.
Step 2. Now go to wifi sitting => Wireless & Network => Tethering & Portable Hotspot
Step 3. Now, look for an option called "wifi Bridge". The wifi bridge is an option like "data hotspot" but the "wifi bridge" option is used for sharing wifi with other devices.
Step 4. Now enable Wifi Bridge, when you turn on the "wifi bridge" option this will create another wifi network that is created by your device from which you are connected to other secondary devices.
Step 5. Click "Set Wifi Bridge" to give a desired name and password to this hotspot wifi and save it.
Step 6. Once this setting is done now you can connect this wifi hotspot using any nearby device.
