Method: Create New User

By creating a new user may help to solve the windows 10 start menu and taskbar not working issue. As window 10 does not allow a direct user creation option, so we are going to use Command prompt. Follow these steps to create a new user suing CMD.

(1) Press Windows+R to open the “Run” box. Now Type “cmd” into the box and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to open cmd with administrative permissions. It will ask for permission click Yes on the next window.
