Method: Create New User

(1) Press Windows+R to open the “Run” box. Now Type “cmd” into the box and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to open cmd with administrative permissions. It will ask for permission click Yes on the next window.

(2) Now type the command "net user king /add" in the command prompt and press enter. Where king represents the name of the user you are going to create. It can be anything depending on your own choice. After pressing enter you will see the message the command completed successfully.

(3) Now go to Control Panel => User Accounts => Manager Another account. You will see that the King User has been created. Click the newly created user (king).

(4) Now change the account type from standard to administrator to allow full permission to this new user (optional).

 

(5) Now restart your computer or log out and log in with the newly created user. Check the taskbar and this will solve the unclickable taskbar windows 10 problem. You can do the logout by simply pressing Win+L Key. You will see a list of users in the left bottom corner of the window. Select the user that you just created and click Sign in.
